I think the fact that poodles make the VERY BEST family dog is one of the most well kept secrets of the day! Honestly, Poodles are perfect, and can be trained to be or do almost anything! So why don’t more people have them? I honestly don’t know!

Could there be an easier breed to train? We don’t think so. What do others say?

Activities they enjoy.
Whatever you enjoy! They are so content to just be with you and do whatever you're doing. What are they good at? Hiking, fishing, swimming, hunting, running, agility, SLEEPING, etc… You name it, they can do it. Another person's published opinion:
“The Poodle requires a moderate amount of exercise. Most enjoy swimming as they were originally used as waterfowl hunting dogs. Poodles can live happily on a farm with lots of freedom or in a big city. They will thrive with daily walks or play time.”
